All properties on this deluxe complex are sold freehold including the hotel apartments. The owners of the properties have full control as to when or whether to rent their homes/investment properties.

GOLDCITY has an on-site rental management service and has contracted with various international tourist companies for the 2009 season. Should I rent out my property?

If you choose to use the on-site rental management service then you can sit back and GOLDCITY will take care of everything. A rental pool system will operate and you can decide if and when you want to participate in the scheme. Our customers have bought their properties at GOLDCITY for a variety of reasons. Some people intend to live or retire in Turkey, whilst others have bought for holiday homes or purely as a speculative venture. Many buyers plan to use their properties as holiday homes but rent them out for part of the time to subsidise their purchases. With rising prices, others are content to “sit” on their properties until the time is right to sell. The choice is yours.

What is different about this International 5 Star Complex?

Few opportunities are available in Europe to buy an apartment within a 5 Star Spa Hotel, or to own a freehold villa within a comparable complex without restrictive leaseback or similar clauses. You choose when, whether and for how long you would like your property to be available for rent.
